Green Man Artist - Val Lampkin, assisted by Carole Hogan Glasgow Juggling and Face Painting Convention Saturday 23rd February 2002 This body painting took place at a workshop at the Glasgow Juggling and Face Painting Convention, where I was painted by Val Lampkin, assisted by Carole Hogan. Val had initially planned to use her airbrush to spray on the initial coat of green, but the shop had sent her the wrong type of liquid paint that didn't work in her airbrush (it kept getting clogged up)! They both did an amazing job of getting me ready to model in the evening's show! In an earlier workshop that day, I painted Val's daughter Zoe who later danced at the show under UV light. As the convention was so action-packed and we didn't have that much spare time, this body painting was completed in under 2 hours!
